Aiken's 175: $175 for the 175th
During the summer of 2009, the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce helped kick off Celebrate Aiken! in an extraordinary way by inviting members to pledge “$175 for the 175th.” The results were nothing short of incredible. Over 200 pledges were made totaling over $35,000. Those funds will be used to help pay for Celebrate Aiken’s many free events during 2010.
